GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT

For final confirmation, a deposit must be sent to us by Bank Transfer within one week of receiving our confirmation. If this payment is not received by the deadline, we will have the right to cancel the reservation.

The balance of the reservation must be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite - any extras must be paid the day before departure.

CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS AND EARLY DEPARTURES

In the event of cancellation or postponement, this must be communicated by e-mail, the date of sending of which will be taken as the date of any refund of the deposit, as follows: 50% refund if cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before the expected arrival. The Management will retain the entire deposit or the balance of the stay if the cancellation is received after this limit.

In the case of delayed or early departure no refunds will be made and the client will have to pay for the entire period booked.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Delivery of bungalows, caravans and Glamping tents: check-in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. - check-out by 9:00 a.m.
Please note that bed, kitchen and bathroom linen is not included in the price.

Delivery of pitches: check-in from 11 a.m. to 12 noon and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. - check-out by 11 a.m.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that the personal data you provide to the operator of this site when filling out the form ‘camping reservation request’ of the site itself, will be processed directly by the owner in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - code regarding the protection of personal data. Such data will be used for the sole purpose of being able to eventually contact you back and process your booking requests and/or information.
